Vassos joined SDCL in April 2015 as a managing director in the US.

Prior to joining SDCL he had a long career in banking of over 25 years, including 19 years with Citigroup, where he held positions in originating and managing investments in a broad array of assets and industries including energy efficiency, shipping and rail.

He has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
