Warren is a Managing Partner with SDCL, based in London. Warren’s primary focus is on corporate finance advisory services dealing with a broad range of strategic transactions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, minority investments, and divestitures.

Warren has managed transactions in the utilities and infrastructure sectors and acts as engagement partner for most of the firm’s appointments. Warren has completed over 90 separate corporate finance transactions collectively raising over US$10.5 billion in total capital.
