Joni joined SDCL in 2020 and supports the team in a broad range of strategic transactions including M&A, capital markets, project development and fundraising across the renewables and sustainable impact sector globally.

Prior to SDCL, Joni has 5 years experience in Structured Finance at ABN AMRO Bank, with a focus on Project Finance in the Energy space. Here, she was responsible for execution and portfolio management of ~€2bn of outstanding debt. Besides that, Joni worked on several strategic projects in relation to the energy transition for ABN AMRO.
