Amarenco is a leading European solar developer, with an extensive existing portfolio of 165MW of
operational solar projects and a further 200MW in construction and development. The platform has reached
a stage where transitioning the group from pure development through to an IPP through strategic capital
investment partnership is the most appropriate option.

- Review of company’s existing financial structure;
- Supporting and coordinating the drafting of offering materials;
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders;
- Identifying investors and coordinating due diligence efforts; and
- Closing of capital financing
